Is Dippin Daisys swimwear true to size?

I forgot to use my discount code. Can it be applied to my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot make changes to your order post-checkout. Please contact us asap at hello@dippindaisys.com for assistance.


What products can be returned/exchanged?

All products may be returned and exchanged unless they are marked FINAL SALE, are over a 20% discount, or otherwise noted in a sale or promotions terms and conditions.


What is your return/exchange policy?

We happily accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of when your order was delivered. For returns, an $8 shipping cost will be deducted from the total refunded amount. Please click here to read more about our return policy.

Currently, we offer one-time returns and exchanges, which can be done through our returns portal. This means you can return/exchange as many items from your order, but you may only enter the return/exchange process once. If you have already made a return on an order, you cannot make an exchange and vice versa. NOTE: We do not allow returns/exchanges on exchanged items.


Do you offer free exchanges?

Yes, we offer free exchanges. Please click here to make an exchange.

NOTE: Exchanges that cost more than the original/returning item will require you to pay the difference.


Do you offer free shipping?    

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on US and Canada orders of $100+ and free standard shipping on international orders of $200 USD or more.


I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?

We apologize and want to make this right. Please email us at hello@dippindaisys.com or call 626-782-7620 so we can address any issues and get your order to you as soon as possible.

NOTE: Preorder items will be shipped from the "available from" date specified on the product page. Once the pre-order item is in stock, we will ship the entire order.


What should I do if my order is wrong, damaged or defective?

Oh no, we’re sorry to hear that! Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order via email at hello@dippindaisys.com  Please include your order # and take a photo of any damaged/defective items so we can better assist you. If we’ve made a mistake on our end, we’ll send you a shipping label to cover the shipping costs.


How should I wash my Dippin' Daisy's suit?

To ensure the longest life for your Dippin' Daisy's suit, we suggest hand-washing it since machine cycles can be rough and snag the ties and fabric. If you wash your suit in a machine, please make sure to run it on a delicate setting and hang dry your suit.

Here are a couple additional tips to keep your Dippin Daisys in top-notch shape:

  • Rinse your suit after swimming in the pool or ocean. The chemicals in chlorine and the salt from the ocean can make fabrics fade.
  • Avoid ringing out your suit since this can stretch its fabric. Instead, roll it in a towel like a sleeping bag to remove any excess water.
  • Switch up your look and alternate Dippin' Daisy's suits. This allows the suit to take its original shape and keeps it fresh for many years to come.
